现任第二军医大学卫生统计学教研室主任，教授，博士生导师。同济大学医学院兼职教授。现任国家教育部高等学校教学指导委员会委员，国际生物统计学会中国分会副理事长、上海市预防医学会卫生统计专业委员会主任委员、中国卫生信息学会卫生统计教育专业委员会副主任委员等职。

长期从事临床流行病学、卫生统计学、循证医学方面的研究，国务院特殊津贴获得者，全国三八红旗手，上海市领军人才、上海市优秀学科带头人。现任国家教育部高等学校教学指导委员会委员，国际生物统计学会中国分会副理事长、中国卫生信息学会卫生统计教育专业委员会副主任委员、上海预防医学会卫生统计专委会主任委员等职。获国家科技进步二等奖、教育部科技进步一等奖、上海市科技进步一等奖、二等奖、上海市教学成果奖等多项奖项，负责完成国家军用标准并颁布实施。负责国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等30余项科研项目。以第一或通讯作者在国内外发表学术论文300余篇（其中SCI文章110余篇）。主编著作、教材22部，获上海市优秀教材。负责的课程《医学统计学》获国家级精品课程、国家级精品资源共享课程。作为导师培养研究生80余人。

He Jia has long been involved in the research of Clinical Epidemiology,Health Statistics and Evidence-based Medicine.She is a Special Allowance from the State Council,Shanghai Leading Talent and Shanghai Outstanding Acedemic Leader. She is currently the Member of Colleges and Universities Teaching Steering committee of National Education Ministry,Vice Director of International Biometric Society’s China Branch,Minister of Health Statistics Committee of Shanghai Preventitive Medical Association,Vice Minister of Health Statistics Education Committee of Chinese Health Information Association,etc.She was responsible for the completion and application of Natinal Military Standard, and was awarded second prize of National Science and Technology Progress, first prize of Education Ministry Science and Technology Progress, first and second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress,Shanghai Teaching Achievement Prize, etc. She is also the PI of more than 30 projects, such as Natinal Key Research and Development Plan Project,National Natural Science Foundation and so on. Up till now, she has published more than 300 articlesin internatinal/national journals as the first or corresponding author, including over 110 SCI papers.As the chief editor, she published 22 monographs and teaching textbooks,some of which were awarded Shanghai Excellent Textbooks.One of her responsible courses-, was awarded National Exquisite Course and National Exquisite Resource Sharing Course.Besides, as a supervisor, she has cultivated more than 80 graduate students.
