就职于上海市东方医院，现工作于中心监护室。硕士，同济大学护理系讲师。工作至今16年余，期间于特需门诊、特需病房、产科特需病房工作，并担任带教及产科特需护士长；担任中国康复医学会慢病康复专委会秘书。

I have published 2 papers in Chinese core journals and 1 SCI paper（Q1,IF=4.68） as the first author. I obtained 2 utility model patents;As the first person in charge, I presided over the "Angel Plan" and Young Nurse Growth Plan project of Shanghai East Hospital;I got the first prize in the academic exchange essay contest of the Nursing Humanities Special Committee of Shanghai Nursing Society in 2021 and 2022.
