首次报道了脓肿分枝杆菌对贝达喹啉、利奈唑胺等抗菌药物的耐药机制;发现AR-12显著的抗分枝杆菌作用;国内首次阐明了克拉霉素敏感型基因与脓肿分枝杆菌肺病预后的关系;总结归纳了非结核分枝杆菌(NTM)肺病的临床及影像学特征,并建立GenSeizer、MALDI-TOF、DGGE方法快速、可靠地对NTM进行诊断、鉴定和分型,应用于临床早期鉴别;报道了NTM耐药流行病学,并揭晓基因型与耐药表型的关系,并进行NTM基因组研究,建立NTM全基因组数据库,指导精准治疗,成果发表在Journal of Infectious Disease、Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy、Journal of Clinical Microbiology等微生物感染领域权威杂志(JCR1区,7篇)。以第一及通讯作者发表论文60余篇,SCI收录35篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,省部级课题共9项,课题总经费累计500余万元。授权2项发明专利。曾获上海市优秀导师,上海市优秀发明奖,上海市三八红旗手,上海市卫生计生工作先进个人,上海市第二届仁心医师提名奖,上海市“最美女医师”提名奖等市级荣誉10余项。
Professor Chu first reported the resistance mechanism of Mycobacterium abscessus to antibiotics such as bedaquinoline and linezolid. She also found that AR-12 has a significant anti-mycobacterial effect. She first illustrated the relationship between the clarithromycin-sensitive gene and the prognosis of Mycobacterial abscess in lung disease. She summarized the imaging features of NTM lung disease, and established GenSeizer, MALDI-TOF and DGGE methods to quickly and reliably diagnose, identify and classify NTM for early clinical identification; She reported on NTM resistance epidemiology, and revealed the relationship between genotype and drug resistance phenotype, and conducted NTM genome research to establish a NTM genome-wide database to guide precision treatment. The results were published in Journal of Infectious Disease, Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy, Journal of Clinical Microbiology etc., which were authoritative journal of microbial infections (7were in JCR 1).
