主要从事血液肿瘤免疫治疗和白血病干细胞靶向干预的基础和临床研究。作为项目负责人，主持国家自然科学基金3项，上海市科委西医引导项目1项和上海市卫健委临床科研项目1项；先后以第一及通讯作者发表SCI论文10余篇，主编和参编著作3部，申报国家专利7项，研究成果曾获2014年上海市科技进步二等奖，入选2015年上海市优秀学科带头人“一带一”培养对象和上海市医苑新星培养计划；2018年荣获 “上海市人才发展基金”资助；2019年获“上海市优秀青年医师”荣誉称号；2021年上海市卫生系统青年人才最高荣誉奖项“银蛇奖”。
My studies focus on basic and clinical research on immunotherapy for hematological tumors and targeted intervention for leukemia stem cells. My research achievements have won the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award. I am in charge of 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects and 2 other research projects such as Project of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, etc. I have published more than 10 articles as the first author or corresponding author, got 7 patent certificates and participated in editing 3 monographs. I am also awarded with Shanghai Sailing Program, Shanghai Young Doctor Training Program, Shanghai Talent Development Fund and receive the honorary title of "Shanghai Excellent Young Physician" and "Silver Snake Award" which is the highest honor award for young talents in the Shanghai health system.
