医学博士，主任医师，教授，博士生导师，博士后导师。目前担任同济大学附属同济医院皮肤科主任,毛发医学中心主任。同济大学医学院皮肤病研究所副所长。美国内布拉斯大学访问学者。2017年入选上海市卫健委“上海杰出青年医学人才培养计划”。专业特长：毛发疾病、医学美容、医学真菌病学。现为世界华人医师协会皮肤科医师协会常委，中国人口文化促进会皮肤性病防治专业委员会常委，中国整形美容协会毛发医学分会常委，中国中西医结合学会医学美容专业委员会毛发医学与头皮健康管理专家委员会常委，上海研究型医院学会主动健康专委会副主任委员，上海市女医师协会皮肤美容美学专业委员会常委，上海市医学会皮肤科专科分会毛发学组副组长，《中国美容医学》杂志编委会抗衰老医学专委会常委。国家自然基金项目评审函评专家，国家教育部学位论文函评专家，上海市科委基金项目函评专家，上海市教委学位论文函评专家。

Doctor of Medicine, Chief Physician, Professor, PhD Supervisor, and Postdoctoral Supervisor. Currently, she serves as the Director of the Department of Dermatology and Head of the Hair Medicine Center at Tongji Hospital affiliated with Tongji University, as well as Deputy Director of the Dermatology Research Institute at Tongji University School of Medicine. She is a Visiting Scholar at the University of Nebraska, USA, and was selected in 2017 for the "Shanghai Outstanding Young Medical Talent Training Program" by the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission. Her areas of expertise include hair disorders, medical aesthetics, and medical mycology. She holds numerous positions, including Standing Committee Member of the Dermatology Physician Committee of the World Association of Chinese Physicians, the Dermatology and Venereology Prevention Committee of the China Population Culture Promotion Association, and the Hair Medicine Branch of the Chinese Association of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery. Additionally, she serves on the Hair Medicine and Scalp Health Management Expert Committee of the Medical Aesthetics Committee of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, as Deputy Chair of the Proactive Health Committee of the Shanghai Association of Research Hospitals, as Standing Committee Member of the Dermatology and Aesthetic Professional Committee of the Shanghai Women Physicians Association, as Deputy Leader of the Hair Group within the Dermatology Subspecialty Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association, and as Standing Committee Member of the Anti-Aging Medicine Committee of the Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Aesthetic Medicine. Furthermore, she is an external reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation, a dissertation review expert for the Ministry of Education, and serves as a project and dissertation review expert for both the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.

从事皮肤性病学医疗、教学、科研工作三十余年，研究领域：毛发疾病，医学美容，医学真菌病学。主持有多项国家自然基金课题、上海市科委基金课题等。发表SCI和核心期刊论文四十余篇，论文分别在J Am Acad Dermatol, PLoS Pathog，Frontiers in Microbiology等有较高影响力的SCI期刊发表。参编著作和教材7部，其中2部为副主编，做为第一申请人申请国家发明专利8项，获得已授权国家发明专利3项。培养硕博士研究生17名，已毕业13名。所培养的研究生曾获得国家奖学金、同济大学优秀毕业生称号，上海市医学会皮肤科分会研究生论文比赛优胜奖等荣誉。2018年获得同济大学附属同济医院“师德师风毕业生心目中的好导师”称号。率先在国内开展了肉毒素局部注射治疗雄激素性脱发，现已进行临床推广，并率先在国内提出对于雄激素性脱发进行慢病管理理念。

With over 30 years of experience in dermatology and venereology in clinical practice, teaching, and research, her research areas include hair diseases, medical aesthetics, and medical mycology. She has led multiple projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. She has published over 40 papers in SCI-indexed and core journals, with high-impact publications appearing in Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, PLoS Pathogens, and Frontiers in Microbiology. She has contributed to seven books and textbooks, serving as associate editor for two of them. As the primary applicant, she has filed for eight national invention patents and has been granted three. She has supervised 17 master’s and doctoral students, with 13 having graduated. The graduate students trained have won national scholarships, the title of outstanding graduates of Tongji University, and the winner award of the postgraduate thesis competition of the Dermatology Branch of Shanghai Medical Association. In 2018, she was honored with the title of “Mentor of Integrity and Excellence in the Eyes of Graduates” at Tongji Hospital affiliated with Tongji University. She pioneered the use of localized botulinum toxin injections for androgenetic alopecia treatment in China, which has since been clinically promoted. She also introduced the concept of chronic disease management for androgenetic alopecia in China.
