本人在细菌耐药机制以及发掘新抗生素的研究成果主要有,发现芬戈莫德、氯马斯丁和氯雷他定等对临床金葡菌具有杀菌、抑制生物被膜并降低毒力的能力,。使用高通量虚拟筛选并鉴定了针对粪肠球菌YycG 的一系列新候选分子,可以显著抑制细菌生长和生物被膜的形成。近5年以第一作者(含共同第一)或通讯作者(含共同通讯)发表J Med Chem、Iscience和 Microbiology spectrum等论文10 篇,主持国自然青年项目一项(在研)。
My research on bacterial resistance mechanisms and the discovery of new antibiotics has led to significant findings, including the identification of drugs like Fingolimod, Clemastine, and Loratadine, which exhibit bactericidal effects, inhibit biofilm formation, and reduce virulence in clinical strains of Staphylococcus aureus. Additionally, high-throughput virtual screening has identified a series of novel candidate molecules targeting Enterococcus faecium YycG, significantly inhibiting bacterial growth and biofilm formation. Over the past five years, 10 papers have been published as first author (including co-first author) or corresponding author (including co-corresponding author) in journals such as Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, iScience, and Microbiology Spectrum. A National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Project is currently being led.
