近年以项目负责人身份主持并结题国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市科委自然科学基金面上项目、上海市科委重点项目和上海市科委临床支撑项目共5项,主持并结题其它省厅级课题共3项,目前在研上海市科委项目、区卫健委课题和院级临床研究项目共3项。主要参与国家自然科学基金、重大专项、科技部973和863项目共4项。以主编、副主编和编委参编教材和专著8部,担任多本核心期刊杂志编委和国内外期刊审稿人。以第一或通讯作者(含共同作者)在国内外期刊上共发表科研论文30多篇,其中SCI论文13篇,总影响因子68.37分,单篇最高IF 值13.8分。主要研究内容以肿瘤的临床生化与细胞分子生物学诊断标志物筛选和感染病与肿瘤的实验室诊断、致病机制与防治研究为主攻方向。以细胞、小动物和人体标本为研究对象,开展单抗、多抗的制备技术,自主构建病原体诊断免疫试剂盒和多种疾病靶标的核酸分子诊断检测试剂盒。长期开展泌尿系肿瘤生物标志物的生化、分子诊断指标筛选与机制研究,筛选出一系列肿瘤生物标志物,在有国际影响力的国内外期刊上发表一系列研究成果。
In recent years, as the project leader, she presided over and concluded a total of 5 projects including National Natural Science Foundation projects, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission Natural Science Foundation projects, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission Key projects and Shanghai Science and Technology Commission Clinical Support projects, presided over and concluded a total of 3 other provincial-level projects, and is currently researching a total of 3 Shanghai Science and Technology Commission projects, district health Commission projects and clinical research projects at the hospital level. Mainly involved in the National Natural Science Foundation, major projects, the Ministry of Science and Technology 973 and 863 projects a total of 4. She participated in the compilation of 8 textbooks and monographs as chief editor, deputy editor and editorial board member, and served as editorial board member of several core journals and domestic and foreign journal reviewers. She has published more than 30 scientific research papers in domestic and foreign journals as the first or corresponding author (including co-authors), including 13 SCI papers, with a total impact factor of 68.37 points and the highest IF value of a single paper of 13.8 points. The main research contents are the screening of clinical biochemical and cellular molecular biological diagnostic markers of tumors, the laboratory diagnosis of infectious diseases and tumors, the pathogenesis and prevention and treatment research. With cell, small animal and human specimens as research objects, the preparation technology of monoclonal antibody and polyclonal antibody was carried out, and the detection kits for pathogen diagnosis and molecular diagnosis of various disease targets nucleic acids were independently constructed. Long-term research on biochemical and molecular diagnostic indicators screening and mechanism of biomarkers for urinary tract tumors has been carried out, a series of tumor biomarkers have been screened, and a series of research results have been published in internationally influential journals at home and abroad.
