Got Ph. D in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Shanghai Jiaotong University. Had postdoctoral training in the Department of Human and Molecular Genetics and Massey Cancer Center, Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Now, serve as the group leader of Molecular Diagnostic Department of the Department of Laboratory Medicine, the south branch of Shanghai East Hospital;the youth academic member of the Committee of Shanghai Laboratory Medicine; the member of LDT and translation group of the Committee of Shanghai Laboratory Medicine.
Supported by two National Natural Science Foundations and Natural Science Foundation of Jiangxi province; also supported by the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, and Shanghai "Rising Stars of Medical Talent" Youth Development Program. Till now, as first (co-first) author, corresponding author or participant author, I have published more than ten papers on journals such as Cell Reports, Journal of Proteome Research, Anal. Chem., EBioMedicine, Biomed Pharmaco ther and PLos Pathogens. The main achievement include: had found several kinds of SENP inhibitors; discovered many SUMO substrates; and demonstrated the function of SUMOylation regulating PLK1 and USP39. Now,my research focuses on the function and regulation of protein post-translational modification (SUMOylation and phosphorylation) on physiology and cancer.
