本课题组主要聚焦于气管组织工程和肺癌的发生发展的相关研究。在气管组织工程研究领域,提出采用激光打孔技术,实现了具有足够力学强度的新生气管,通过胶原修饰气管激光打孔脱细胞基质,不但显著提高了细胞接种率,而且实现了均质厚实的气管软骨再生;提出环状构建理念以构建高仿生气管组织,并成功进行长段缺损修复动物模型效果评估。肺癌研究领域,熟练掌握肺部疾病的各种手术,尤其擅长气管和肺段切除,同时进行肺癌发生发展的相关分子机制研究。
Our group mainly focused on the research of tracheal tissue engineering and the occurrence and development of lung cancer. In racheal tissue engineering study, laser drilling technology is proposed to achieve a new trachea with sufficient mechanical strength. Laser drilling acellular matrix modified by collagen can not only significantly improve the cell inoculation rate, but also achieve homogeneous and thick tracheal cartilage regeneration; the ring construction concept is proposed to construct high bionic trachea tissue and successfully evaluated on long-term defect of animal model. In lung cancer research, various operations of lung diseases are proficient, especially at trachea and lung segment resection, and at the same time, research on the molecular mechanism of the occurrence and development of lung cancer.
