主持国家自然科学基金2项、上海市教育委员会“晨光计划”、上海市卫生健康委员会“医苑新星”等青年人才项目。获上海市“启明星”称号。以第一/通讯作者共SCI发表论文20余篇，发文杂志包括JAMA Oncol、J Thorac Oncol、J Thorac Cardiovasc Surg等。主编/主译专著4部。

Dr. Dai received a doctoral degree from the University of Sheffield and Tongji University, and was a joint Ph.D. candidate at Mayo Clinic Graduate School. He leads multiple programs in lung cancer research, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission “Chen Guang” project, Health Commission Youth Development Program, etc. Dr. Dai was awarded Shanghai Rising-Star, and has published, as the first or corresponding author, more than 20 SCI papers in peer-reviewed journals, including JAMA Oncol, J Thorac Oncol, J Thorac Cardiovasc Surg, etc. He compiled 4 monographs as the editor-in-chief.
