1.严重创伤救治体系构建方面:针对我国严重创伤救治效率和能力中存在的问题,积极参与中华医学会创伤学分会和中国医师协会创伤外科医师分会的活动。作为主要负责人参与组建上海市第一人民医院创伤中心,于2009年完成上海市急性创伤急救中心(南部)的建设工作;2021年加盟同济大学附属东方医院后,梳理创伤救治流程,主持成立危重症创伤小组,于2022年11月加入“中国创伤救治联盟”,2022年7月正式成为中国创伤救治联盟“创伤救治中心”建设单位,并同期成立“浦东新区创伤救治联盟”,2024年成为“中国创伤救治培训”省域培训中心,着力推进区域性严重创伤救治体系的建设。
2.骨盆骨折损伤控制技术方面:自2002年以来,以不稳定型骨盆骨折的损伤控制为重点,通过解剖学、数字化测量、生物力学、计算机辅助外科手术等多种技术不断在骨盆骨折临床和基础研究领域进行探索。相关成果先后获得教育部科技进步一等奖、上海市科技进步二等奖、上海市医学科技二等奖等。
3.创伤生物力学机制研究方面:结合严重创伤救治中的难点,开展高能量损伤的生物力学机制研究。参与国家973项目和军队开发研究重点项目研究,主持“航天员过载冲击伤应急医疗救护“国防重点研究项目,在研经费325万元。该研究为我国空间站长期驻留的航天员骨质疏松与肌肉萎缩防治、过载冲击伤预测和救治等提供基础理论和临床救治的重要支撑。
4.“面向突发重大传染病疫情应急救援的红十字医疗救援队建设与能力提升”上海市红十字研究项目。2020年作为上海市第8批援鄂医疗队员、上海市红十字医疗救援队队长,在武汉雷神山医院参加新冠肺炎患者救治工作,曾获得“全国优秀红十字志愿者”、湖北省“最美逆行者”,上海医师协会骨科医师分会“驰援武汉抗疫先锋”等荣誉称号。2021年1月上海市东方医院人才引进担任中国国际紧急医学救援队(上海)常务副队长、急危症党支部书记、东方医院创伤救治工作小组负责人。
5.“基于超声图像自动配准的骨盆创伤术中实时三维导航技术研究”国家自然科学基金青年项目,批准号81000795,执行时间:2011年1月至2013年12月。项目完成后,课题团队继续密切合作,该项目工科研究负责人林艳萍主持申请到三项国家自然科学基金项目,汪方作为医方研究负责人(第2申请人)继续参与这些项目研究工作。
1.Construction of severe trauma treatment system: In view of the problems existing in the efficiency and ability of severe trauma treatment in China, actively participate in the activities of the Trauma Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Trauma Surgeons Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. Participated in the establishment of Trauma Center of Shanghai First People's Hospital as the main person in charge, and completed the construction of Shanghai Acute Trauma Emergency Center (South) in 2009; After joining Dongfang Hospital affiliated to Tongji University in 2021, he sorted out the trauma treatment process, presided over the establishment of a critical care trauma team, joined the "China Trauma Treatment Alliance" in November 2022, officially became the construction unit of the "Trauma Treatment Center" of the China Trauma Treatment Alliance in July 2022, and established the "Pudong New Area Trauma Treatment Alliance" in the same period. In 2024, it will become a provincial training center of "China Trauma Treatment Training", focusing on promoting the construction of regional severe trauma treatment system.
2.Pelvic fracture injury control technology: Since 2002, focusing on the injury control of unstable pelvic fractures, the clinical and basic research fields of pelvic fractures have been continuously explored through various techniques such as anatomy, digital measurement, biomechanics and computer-assisted surgery. The relevant achievements have won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Ministry of Education, the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress, and the second prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology.
3.Research on biomechanical mechanism of trauma: Combined with difficulties in the treatment of severe trauma, research on biomechanical mechanism of high-energy injury is carried out. Participated in the national 973 project and the key project of military development and research, presided over the national defense key research project of "Astronaut overload shock injury emergency Medical aid", with research funding of 3.25 million yuan. This study provides basic theoretical and clinical support for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and muscle atrophy, and the prediction and treatment of overload shock injury for astronauts residing in China's space station for a long time.
4.Shanghai Red Cross Research Project on "Construction and Capacity Improvement of Red Cross Medical Rescue Team for Emergency Rescue of Major Infectious Diseases". In 2020, as the 8th batch of medical aid team members in Shanghai and the leader of Shanghai Red Cross Medical Rescue Team, he participated in the treatment of COVID-19 patients in Leishan Hospital in Wuhan, and won honorary titles such as "National Excellent Red Cross Volunteer", "The Most beautiful Rebel" in Hubei Province, and "the Pioneer in Helping Wuhan to Fight the Epidemic" by Orthopedic Surgeons Branch of Shanghai Medical Doctor Association. In January 2021, Shanghai Dongfang Hospital introduced talents to serve as executive deputy leader of China International Emergency Medical Rescue Team (Shanghai), Secretary of the Party Branch of Emergency and Critical Diseases, and head of the Trauma treatment working group of Dongfang Hospital.
5.Research on real-time 3D navigation technology during pelvic Trauma based on automatic registration of ultrasonic images" National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Project, Approval No. 81000795, execution time: January 2011 to December 2013. After the completion of the project, the research team continued to cooperate closely. Lin Yanping, the engineering research leader of the project, presided over the application for three National Natural Science Foundation projects, and Wang Fang continued to participate in the research work of these projects as the medical research leader (the second applicant).
