主治医师，副研究员，从事干细胞治疗骨关节炎的临床和基础研究工作。在科学研究方面，以“基于微环境的干细胞命运调控”为主要研究方向，率先提出了“永生化干细胞体外抗衰老扩展平台“的新理念，相关成果以“Leading opinion”在Biomaterials刊发，以“国人佳作“标题被国内众多公众号转载。近五年以在Biomaterials, Acta Biomaterialia等高水平杂志共发表干细胞相关论文，主持国家级项目1项，省部级项目2项。
