作为课题负责人承担国家重点专项课题两项、国家自然科学基金4项、上海市科委重点项目等共15项，近5年在Nature Genetics, Nature Communication等主流期刊发表论著40余篇。致力于内膜癌保育临床和基础研究，建立国内首个子宫内膜癌保留生育功能多学科诊疗平台，牵头制定子宫内膜癌保留生育功能多学科诊疗中国专家共识，创建手术+药物治疗进行内膜癌保育新方案，使内膜癌保育完全缓解率达95%以上，妊娠率超过60%，居国际领先水平。保育创新成果被欧洲妇科肿瘤协会和加拿大妇科肿瘤协会等四项指南采纳。获上海医学科技一等奖（第二完成人），上海医学科技三等奖（第一完成人）。获上海市先进工作者、三八红旗手、仁心医者，上海市女医师协会医树奖临床医学科技创新奖 二等奖和优秀规培带教老师等荣誉。

She majors in the clinical and basic research of endometrial cancer and its precancerous diseases. Specifically, she focuses on the fertility sparing treatment for early stage of endometrial cancer and atypical hyperplasia. And she leads the ongoing multi-centered randomized clinical trial ‘Sentinel lymph Node mapping vs systematic pelvic lymphadenectomy on the prognosis for patients with intermediate-high-risk Endometrial Cancer confined to the uterus before surgery: a multi-center, non-inferiority, randomized controlled trial (SNEC trial), NCT04276532)

In addition, Dr. Xiaojun Chen investigates the relationship between metabolic disorder and endometrial cancer and tries to dig out the mechanisms lying behind the oncogenesis of endometrial cancer. Her research is supported by grants from National Key Research and Development Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China as well as Shanghai Scientific and Technique Committee.
