郭毅博士从事人类辅助生殖技术胚胎实验室的临床、科研及教学工作近14年。临床研究主要致力于辅助生殖过程中未成熟卵母细胞及胚胎培养的优化及精液生物标记物的筛选,基础研究聚焦于高龄及环境因素对配子及植入前胚胎表观修饰的影响,并探索这类因素对子代疾病发生的机制研究。目前以第一负责人主持2项国家自然科学基金项目,1项中华医学会临床研究项目。
