Through a systematic investigation of immune cell dysfunction in the colorectal cancer microenvironment—covering processes such as migration, infiltration, and differentiation—we aim to uncover the immune molecular mechanisms driving colorectal cancer development. Building on these insights, we seek to develop targeted immune intervention strategies to reshape the intestinal immune microenvironment, enhance anti-tumor immune responses, and provide innovative solutions for the precision treatment of colorectal cancer. To date, over 20 research papers have been published, with the researcher serving as first or corresponding author (including co-first authorship) in leading international journals such as Immunity (2019), STTT (2022), Advanced Science (2024), Nature Communications (2024), Cancer Immunology Research (2021), Oncogene (2023), and PLoS Biology (2018). The research findings have been highlighted by journals such as Nature, Science and JAMA. The researcher has also led multiple research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), as well as the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission.
