目前已参与多项生物纳米及肿瘤免疫相关领域相关研究工作,掌握乳腺癌及其它肿瘤免疫治疗及纳米材料应用领域的最新研究进展,熟悉免疫细胞的分离培养,掌握小鼠乳腺原位荷瘤鼠模型的建立,及分子生物学实验等技术。本课题申请者承担国家自然科学基金、浦东新区卫计委卫生科研青年项目及优秀青年人才培养行动计划等多项科研课题,已在纳米生物医学相关领域SCI及核心期刊杂志发表文献数篇。协助培养多名硕士生及博士生。具备临床及科研工作的能力及基础。
At present, she has participated in multiple
research work in the fields of bio-nano and tumor immunization,
mastered the latest research progress of the immunotherapy and nanomaterial
application in breast cancer, and been familiar with the isolation and culture
of immune cells, establishment of tumor-bearing mouse model and molecular
biology experiments technologies. She has also undertaken a number of scientific
research projects such as the National Nature Science Foundation of China, the
Project of Excellent Youth Training of Tongji University, and the Youth Project
of Health and Family Planning Committee of Pudong New Area and so on. Several articles
have been published in SCI and core journals related to nanobiomedicine. She has
assisted in the postgraduate training of the department of Breast Cancer
Center, and possessed the clinical and scientific research ability.
