This notice contains important information regarding the presentation schedule and submission guidelines for 2025 MBBS Scholarship. Please read it carefully.

1. Presentation Schedule
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. The presentations will be held in Room 119, Second Teaching Building, Huxi Campus. Kindly wait in the adjacent Room 118 until your session begins.

The schedule for the respective academic years is as follows:

Date: Monday, December 1

2. Presentation Format

Each presentation session will adhere to the following format:

5-minute Presentation: You will have 5 minutes to present. The content of your presentation should include: academic performance; participation in university/School activities (engagement in student union, events, and other campus initiatives is highly encouraged);volunteer work; research activities, etc.

3-minute Q&A: This will be followed by a 3-minute question-and-answer session with the panel.

3. Submission of Presentation Slides
You are required to submit your presentation slides by 8:00 PM on Sunday, November 30, 2025.

Naming Format: Please use the following format for both your email subject line and the attached file name:
2025 Dean Scholarship Presentation + Your Student Number + Your Full Name

4. Verification of Applicant List
A list of applicants who have successfully submitted their applications is provided below for your reference. If you have submitted an application but cannot find your student number on this list, you must notify us by 12:00 PM November 27.

5. Important Reminder
Please be punctual for your presentation. Failure to attend or arriving late for your scheduled session will be interpreted as a withdrawal of your scholarship application.
