2025年9月5日，由同济大学医学院主办、附属东方医院承办的“2025中德医学暑期学校暨中德医学生学术交流周”落下帷幕。来自德国波恩大学、科隆大学、马尔堡大学、图宾根大学、海德堡大学等28名医学生与15位教授，与同济大学医学院、德语系、建筑与城规学院的教授们以及临床医学中德实验班的同学们一起度过了两周丰富多彩的活动。
On September 5, 2025, the Sino-German Academic Exchange Week for medical students, also known as the Sino-German Medical Summer Program, concluded in Shanghai. Hosted by the Tongji University School of Medicine (TUSM) and organized by its affiliated East Hospital, the inspiring two-week program brought together 28 students and 15 professors from leading German universities, including Bonn, Cologne, Marburg, Tübingen, and Heidelberg, alongside students from the Sino-German Experimental Program in Clinical Medicine and faculty from the School of Medicine, the Department of German, and the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University.
继去年首届成功举办，暑期学校扩大了规模，并丰富了学术与实践内容。以“医学创新与跨文化合作”为核心，聚焦肿瘤、心脏、神经、精神、康复等前沿医学领域，通过专题讲座、医院参访、企业交流、文化体验等形式，积极推动中德双方在医学教育、科研与临床实践上的深入合作。德国国家科学院院士、图宾根大学精神病学与心理治疗系Prof. Andreas Heinz，德国国家癌症中心临床协作中心、海德堡大学医学中心Prof. Peter Huber, 波恩大学医学院院长Prof. Bernd Weber，马尔堡大学医学院副院长Prof. Thomas Worzfeld, 马克斯-普朗克研究所、科隆大学医学院Prof. Marc Tittgemeyer等知名专家分别带来主题报告，涵盖数字医疗、人工智能、医工交叉等热点主题。
Following last year’s success, the program expanded participation and enriched its academic and practical components. Centered on “Medical Innovation and Cross-Cultural Collaboration”, it showcased advances in oncology, cardiology, neurology, psychiatry, and rehabilitation through keynote lectures, hospital and enterprise visits, and cultural activities, aiming to strengthen Sino-German collaboration in education, research, and clinical practice. Topics such as digital healthcare, artificial intelligence, and interdisciplinary medical-engineering research were addressed by experts including Prof. Andreas Heinz (University of Tübingen), Prof. Peter Huber (University Hospital Heidelberg), Prof. Bernd Weber (University of Bonn), Prof. Thomas Worzfeld (University of Marburg), and Prof. Marc Tittgemeyer (Max Planck Institute, University of Cologne).
学员们先后参访了同济大学附属东方医院、第四人民医院、养志康复医院、精神卫生中心、医学院附属安亭社区卫生服务中心，深入临床一线，观摩手术流程、参与病例讨论，并体验了本土研发的虚拟实践平台、VR辅助康复训练平台以及跨界艺术疗愈工作坊。西门子医疗（上海）及太仓德国中心的参观活动，为学员们呈现了德资企业推动医疗技术本土化应用创新案例。中德双方的教授们在深入交流中达成进一步合作意向，为共建联合实验室、推动中德双导师培养等奠定了坚实基础。在文化体验环节，学员们了解了同济对德合作渊源，体验了八段锦、针灸推拿等传统中医文化，并赴朱家角感受江南水乡文化。
Participants visited Tongji-affiliated health institutions, including East Hospital, the Fourth People’s Hospital, Yangzhi Rehabilitation Hospital, the Pudong District Mental Health Center, and the Anting Community Health Center, with the opportunity to tour clinical departments, observe surgical procedures, attend case discussions, use locally developed virtual teaching and VR-assisted rehabilitation platforms, and join interdisciplinary art therapy workshops. Visits to the Siemens Healthineers (Shanghai) and the German Center (Taicang) provided insights into German enterprises’ localized innovations in medical technology. These exchanges set the stage for future collaboration in areas such as joint laboratory development and dual-mentor training programs. Participants also delved into the history of Tongji University, experienced traditional Chinese medicine culture through acupuncture, massage, and Baduanjin exercises, and explored the vibrant Jiangnan culture in the water town of Zhujiajiao.
“这次暑期学校让我真正走进中国的医学现场，体会到不同医疗保健系统的差异，尤其是在社区医院以及精神卫生中心的参访，让我看到中国基层医疗的系统性与人文关怀。”来自德国汉诺威医学院的Gregor Steinhardt交流了感想。同济大学2021级中德实验班学生吴澄碧分享了体会：“与德国同学一起学习的经历让我不仅提升了专业能力，更学会了在跨文化环境中协作与创新。”
“It brought me into the heart of China's medical environment and allowed me to see firsthand how different healthcare systems operate. The visits to the local community health center and mental health center were truly inspiring. It was impressive to see how organized and compassionate grassroots medical care is in China,” said Gregor Steinhardt from Hannover Medical School. Chengbi Wu, a Chinese student from the 2021 intake of the Sino-German Joint Experimental Program, shared: “Learning with German students improved my German proficiency and developed my cross-cultural collaboration and innovation abilities.”
同济大学医学院院长郑加麟表示，暑期学校不仅提升了两国学生的专业素养与跨文化能力，也为未来双方在联合培养、科研合作、师资交流等方面奠定了坚实基础。同济大学外事办公室主任殷文表示，同济大学自建校之初就与德国结下深厚渊源，百年来始终是中德人文与科技交流的重要桥梁，未来将继续推动实质性合作项目。德国国家科学院院士、科隆大学医院副院长Christine J. Bruns教授表示，暑期学校为中德教学科研合作树立了新典范。马尔堡大学Harald Renz教授表示，同济大学搭建的平台促进了深度互动，对推动全球医学创新具有重要意义。
Prof. Jialin Zheng, Dean of TUSM, emphasized the program’s role in strengthening students’ professional competencies and cross-cultural skills while paving the way for joint training, research, and faculty exchanges. Mr. Wen Yin, Director of Tongji University’s International Exchange and Cooperation Office, emphasized the university’s century-long ties with Germany as a bridge for cultural and scientific exchange, with continued commitment to substantive collaboration. Prof. Christine J. Bruns, Vice President of the University Hospital of Cologne and a member of the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina, noted that the program would become a new paradigm for Sino-German collaboration in education and research. Prof. Harald Renz from the University of Marburg commended the program for providing a platform that fosters in-depth exchanges and supports global medical innovation.
同济大学自2021年起开设临床医学中德实验班，秉承百年对德交流合作传统，致力于培养具有国际视野的医学人才。今年5月，首届中德实验班已圆满完成整班制赴德深度访学。未来，同济大学医学院将继续拓展与德国高校的合作网络，推动中德医学教育走向更广领域、更深层次、更高水平，为构建人类卫生健康共同体注入青春力量与智慧支持。
Since 2021, Tongji University has been running the Sino-German Joint Experimental Program in Clinical Medicine, upholding its century-old tradition of German exchange and cooperation, and is committed to cultivating medical talents with international perspectives. In May 2025, the first batch of the program completed a curriculum-required field trip to Germany. Tongji University School of Medicine will continue to expand partnerships, promote Sino-German medical education to wider domains, deeper levels, and higher standards, and inject youthful vigor and intellectual support into the mission of building a community of common health for mankind.
