以第一负责人完成上海市护理学会青年课题1项，参与市科委基金1项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，以第一作者或通讯作者发表核心论文6篇，获实用新型专利2项。2021年入选院部专科护理A类人才培养项目，2022年入选上海市护理学会优秀青年育苗人才项目，作为副主编参编上海市护理质控中心指导用书《上海市护理质量指标实用手册》1部。
As the first person in charge, completed one youth project of the Shanghai Nursing Society, participated in one foundation project of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and participated in two general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation. Published six core papers as the first author or corresponding author, and obtained two utility model patents. In 2021, selected for the A-level talent cultivation project of specialized nursing in the hospital department.And in 2022, selected for the Outstanding Young Nursery Talents Project of the Shanghai Nursing Society. As the deputy editor in chief, participated in the compilation of one guide book by the Shanghai Nursing Quality Control Center.
