现任同济大学附属东方医院心血管内科名誉主任、结构性心脏病中心主任,二级教授,博士生/博士后导师,是国家卫健委突出贡献中青年专家,国务院特殊津贴专家。中华心血管学会全国常务委员,中国研究型医院协会心血管精准与循证专业委员会副主任委员,海峡两岸医药卫生协会心血管专业委员会副主任委员,中国医疗保健促进会心血管专业委员会副主任委员,中国心律协会左心耳封堵学组组长。美国心脏学院专家会员(FACC),欧洲心脏学会专家会员(FESC),美国心脏造影与介入学会专家会员(FSCAI)。
Currently serving as the Honorary Director of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine and Director of the Structural Heart Center at Tongji University Affiliated Oriental Hospital, he is a Second-Level Professor and doctoral/postdoctoral supervisor. He is a National Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Expert of the National Health Commission and a State Council Special Allowance Expert. He is a Standing Committee Member of the Chinese Society of Cardiovascular Medicine, Vice Chairman of the Cardiovascular Precision and Evidence-Based Committee of the China Research Hospital Association, Vice Chairman of the Cardiovascular Committee of the Cross-Straits Medical and Health Association, Vice Chairman of the Cardiovascular Committee of the China Health Promotion Association, and Head of the Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion Study Group of the China Arrhythmia Association. He is an Expert Member of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), the European Society of Cardiology (FESC), and the American College of Cardiac Angiography and Interventional Cardiology (FSCAI).
主持包括国家自然科学基金重点项目在内的多项国家级科研项目。以第一或通讯作者身份发表SCI论文百余篇,总影响因子超700,H指数达47。多项研究成果发表于《Circulation》《European Heart Journal》《Circulation Research》等顶尖期刊。
代表性学术贡献包括:
• 在国际上率先建立新型定量心肌灌注评价体系(TMPFC),被写入《中国急性ST段抬高心肌梗死PCI专家共识》,并获教育部及中华医学会科技进步奖;
• 在国内率先提出契合国情的急性心梗“溶栓后早期PCI”策略,相关成果入选“2012年中国心血管领域十大重要原创性研究进展”;
• 在国际上率先提出ACS早期介入的最适时间点,推动国内外指南更新;
• 建立高效的不稳定斑块动物模型,被《Circulation Research》评为当前最高效模型;
• 首次发现核受体FXR在心肌中的存在并阐明其功能;
• 提出心肌梗死后心肌损伤分级体系,并牵头开展相关临床研究项目;
• 提出“冠心病急性事件链”新概念,获教育部科技进步一等奖等多项省部级奖励。
He has led multiple national-level research projects, including a key project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. As the first or corresponding author, he has published over 100 SCI papers with a total impact factor exceeding 700 and an H-index of 47. His research has been featured in top-tier journals such as Circulation, European Heart Journal, and Circulation Research.
Representative academic contributions include:
• Pioneering the establishment of a new quantitative myocardial perfusion evaluation system (TMPFC) internationally, which was included in the "China Expert Consensus on PCI for Acute ST-segment Elevated Myocardial Infarction" and received the Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ministry of Education and the Chinese Medical Association;
• Pioneering the proposal of a "post-thrombolysis early PCI" strategy for acute myocardial infarction tailored to China
