现任同济大学附属皮肤病医院药剂科主任、GCP办公室主任、一期临床试验中心主任，兼任上海中药外用制剂创新工程技术研究中心副主任、中国医药教育协会皮肤药学专业委员会主任委员、上海市药理学会皮肤药理专业委员会主任委员、中国麻风防治协会皮肤病药物治疗学分会侯任主任委员、中国中医药研究促进会外治分会副会长、中华中医药学会中药毒理与安全性研究分会常务委员、世界中医药学会联合会中药药剂专业委员会常务理事、世界中医药学会联合会经皮给药专业委员会常务理事、上海执业药师协会药学科普专业委员会副主任委员、上海医药行业协会化妆品专业委员会副主任委员、上海市药学会药物临床研究专业委员会副主任委员以及Journal of Dermatopharnacy主编等学术职务。

Currently, this expert holds a pivotal leadership triad at the Affiliated Dermatology Hospital of Tongji University, serving as the Director of the Department of Pharmacy, the Director of the Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Office, and the Director of the Phase I Clinical Trial Center. Concurrently, the expert contributes as the Deputy Director of the Shanghai Engineering Research Center of Innovation for Topical Chinese Medicine. Their extensive academic leadership is evidenced through key roles in numerous prestigious professional societies, including but not limited to, Chairperson of the Committee of Dermatopharmacy under the China Medical Education Association, Chairperson of the Committee of Dermatological Pharmacology within the Shanghai Pharmacological Society, and Chairperson-Elect of the Society of Dermatologic Pharmacotherapy under the China Leprosy Association. Further demonstrating a broad influence across TCM research, industry, and clinical practice, they hold significant positions such as Vice President of the Branch of External Therapy at the China Association for Promotion of TCM Research, Standing Committee Member in the Branch of TCM Toxicology and Safety Evaluation under the China Association of Chinese Medicine, and Standing Council Member in both the Professional Committee of TCM Pharmaceutics and the Professional Committee of Transdermal Drug Delivery for the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies. Additional roles include Vice Chairperson positions in the Committee of Pharmacy Science Popularization at the Shanghai Licensed Pharmacist Association, the Committee of Cosmetics at the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry Association, and the Committee of Drug Clinical Research at the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Association. The expert also guides academic discourse as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Dermatopharmacy.

主持国家自然科学基金面上课题（3项）、国家重大新药创制专项课题（1项）、上海市科委课题（6项）等省部级以上课题10余项，承接企业基础及临床研究横向课题近30项。以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文60余篇，以第一申请人获得国家发明专利授权15项、日本发明专利授权1项。获上海市科技进步二等奖1项、上海市自然科学三等奖1项、教育部科技进步一等奖1项，国家科技进步二等奖1项，第二十四届中国专利奖优秀奖1项。担任国家卫计委十三五规划教材“中西药物配伍与合理应用”主编、专著“中药经皮给药与功效性化妆品”、“皮肤药学”主编以及“皮肤药理学”副主编、“Fitzpatrick皮肤病临床治疗手册”副主译，主讲同济大学医学院硕士研究生课程《药剂学》和博士研究生课程《现代药剂学》。

The expert has an outstanding record of research leadership and scholarly achievement. They have spearheaded more than 10 ministerial and provincial-level research projects, including three grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one major project from the National Mega R&D Program for New Drug Development, and six projects from the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. Additionally, they have led nearly 30 industry-sponsored fundamental and clinical research initiatives. Their research output is prolific, with over 60 SCI publications as first or corresponding author, and they hold 15 authorized Chinese national patents and one Japanese patent. This work has been recognized with numerous prestigious awards, including the National Scientific and Technological Progress Award (Second Class), the Shanghai Scientific and Technological Progress Award (Second Class), the Shanghai Natural Science Award (Third Class), the Ministry of Education Scientific and Technological Progress Award (First Class), and the China Patent Excellence Award. In academia, they served as Editor-in-Chief for the national 13th Five-Year Plan textbook "Compatibility and Rational Use of Chinese and Western Medicines" and for the monographs "Topical Traditional Chinese Medicine and Functional Cosmetics" and "Dermatopharmacy," while also acting as Associate Editor for "Skin Pharmacology" and Deputy Chief Translator for "Fitzpatrick's Clinical Therapy of Skin Diseases." They are also a dedicated educator, teaching the course "Pharmaceutics" for master's students and "Modern Pharmaceutics" for doctoral students at the Tongji University School of Medicine.
