研究方向主要为骨科临床护理、护理信息及护理管理，曾主持承担上海市卫健委青年项目1项、面上项目1项。以第一作者或通讯作者在《Cancer Nursing》、《中华护理杂志》、《中国护理管理杂志》等学术性期刊发表论文22篇；参编出版《股骨颈骨折诊疗体系构建与新理念新技术》《患者报告结局测量的理论与实践》等著作5部。曾获中华护理学会科技奖三等奖1项（排名第四）、上海护理科技奖一等奖1项（排名第三）等。

Research focuses on orthopedic clinical nursing, nursing informatics, and nursing management. She has led one youth project and one key project funded by the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission. As the first author or corresponding author, she has published 22 peer-reviewed articles in prestigious journals such as Cancer Nursing, the Chinese Journal of Nursing, and the Chinese Journal of Nursing Management. Additionally, she has contributed to the editing and publication of five books, including The Construction of a Diagnosis and Treatment System for Femoral Neck Fractures, New Concepts and Technologies in Orthopedics, and The Theory and Practice of Patient-Reported Outcome Measurement. Her achievements have been recognized with awards, including the Third Prize of the Chinese Nursing Association Science and Technology Award (ranked fourth) and the First Prize of the Shanghai Nursing Science and Technology Award (ranked third).
