硕士，任同济大学附属第四人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科/内分泌代谢科护士长，中华护理学会呼吸专科护士资质，入选上海市护理学会优秀青年育苗人才计划及上海市肺科医院护理精英人才计划，中国康复医学会呼吸康复专委会护理学组委员、中国康复医疗机构联盟康复护理专业委员会委员、上海市医学会呼吸病学分会呼吸治疗学组组员。2018年新加坡中央医院访问学者，2020年获同济大学医学院参访美国内布拉斯加大学护理学院访学机会。
Master’s degree. Currently serving as the head nurse of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine/Endocrinology and Metabolism at the Fourth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University. Certified as a respiratory specialist nurse by the Chinese Nursing Association. Selected for the Shanghai Nursing Association’s Outstanding Young Talent Cultivation Program and the Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital’s Nursing Elite Talent Program. Member of the Nursing Group of the Respiratory Rehabilitation Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medical Association and the Rehabilitation Nursing Professional Committee of the China Rehabilitation Medical Institution Alliance. Member of the Respiratory Therapy Group of the Shanghai Medical Association’s Respiratory Disease Branch. Visiting scholar at Singapore General Hospital in 2018 and at the University of Nebraska School of Nursing in 2020.
主持院级市局级省部级课题累计5项，发表SCI论文5篇，累计影响因子28.3，在《中国卫生质量管理》、《中国实用护理杂志》、《解放军护理杂志》等中文核心期刊累计发表论文10余篇，主编编著书籍1部，副主编编著书籍1部。获上海市医务工会星光计划入围奖，上海市医务工会优秀工会积极分子，申康“青年岗位能手、中华护理学会全国内科慢病管理案例竞赛三等奖2项、上海市肺科医院临床护理成果三等奖2项、同济大学医学院非全日制优秀研究生、2019-2022年上海市肺科医院优秀护士长等多项奖励。
Presided over a total of 5 research projects at the hospital, municipal and bureau levels, and provincial and ministerial levels. Published 5 SCI papers with a cumulative impact factor of 28.3. Published over 10 papers in core Chinese journals such as "Chinese Journal of Health Quality Management", "Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing", and "PLA Journal of Nursing". I have served as the chief editor and co-editor of one book. Received the shortlisted award of the Starlight Program of the Shanghai Medical Trade Union and was recognized as an outstanding trade union activist of the Shanghai Medical Trade Union. “Shen Kang” has received numerous awards, including the title of "Outstanding Young Post Expert", two third prizes in the National Internal Medicine Chronic Disease Management Case Competition of the Chinese Nursing Association, two Third prizes in Clinical Nursing Achievements of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital, Outstanding Graduate Student of Tongji University School of Medicine, and Outstanding Head Nurse of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital from 2016 to 2022.
