Currently serving as the Director of the Nursing Department at Shanghai Skin Disease Hospital. Academic appointments include the Deputy Head of Nursing Subcommittee under the Dermatology and Venereology Professional Committee of the Chinese Association for Integrative Medicine, Member of the Expert Panel for the Infectious Disease Nursing Professional Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association, Member of the 13th Governing Council of the Shanghai Nursing Association, Member of the 8th Governing Council of the Shanghai Leprosy Control Association, and Member of the Infection Control Committee of the Shanghai Nursing Association; also serves as a peer reviewer for the journals "Journal of Integrative Nursing (Chinese & English Edition)" and "Self-Care".
获上海市“医苑新星”青年医学人才培养资助计划（护理人才）支持，主持市局级课题四项，静安区科普项目二项，参与课题四项，参编专著两本，发表论文十余篇，获得实用新型专利五项；计算机软件著作权专利两项。曾于2008年至台湾林口长庚医院、双和医院进行短期参观访问学习。曾获得“全国麻风防治优秀护理工作者”,“上海市卫生健康行业青年五四奖章”，“上海市卫生健康系统三八红旗手”,“申康党委系统优秀共产党员”等荣誉。
Supported by the Shanghai "Medical Garden New Star" Young Medical Talent Cultivation Program (Nursing Talent), led four municipal-level research projects and two science popularization projects in Jing'an District, participated in four additional research projects, co-authored two monographs, published over ten academic papers, and secured five utility model patents along with two computer software copyrights. From 2008, undertook a short-term study visits at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and Shuanghe Hospital in Linkou, Taiwan. Has been honored with the "National Outstanding Nursing Worker in Leprosy Prevention and Control," "Shanghai Health Industry Youth May Fourth Medal," "Shanghai Health System March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetter," and "Outstanding Communist Party Member of the Shenkang Party Committee System."
