PhD, Professor Has led 19 research projects including a Key Program of the National Social Science Fund of China, a sub-project of the National Defense Technology Advancement Initiative, a Major Program of the People's Liberation Army, an Army Special Project, and Shanghai Soft Science Research Program Published 11 first/corresponding-author SCI papers in JCR Q1/Q2 journals and over 80 papers in Chinese core journals, (co-)authored or (co-)edited 14 textbooks/monographs, granted 11 patents Received 8 awards including the Chinese Nursing Association Science and Technology Award and various teaching achievement awards, honored with the Shanghai "Educator" Award, recognized as an Advanced Individual in Healthcare for the People's Liberation Army, and awarded a Third-Class Merit Citation twice
