常健，注册护士，护理学博士、MBA，主任护师，教授，硕士生导师，上海交通大学医学院附属第一人民医院护理部（北）主任，担任中国老年医学学会医疗照护分会常委、中国运筹学会医疗运作管理分会理事等学术职务。
Jian Chang, RN, PhD, MBA. She serves as the director of the Nursing Department (North) at the General Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. And she is the committee member of China Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics, the committee director of the Medical Operations Management Branch of the Operations Research Society of China.
科研方面，主要研究领域为围手术期护理及老年照护等，围绕患者高危风险预测、中老年人健康生活方式、老年患者及其家属照护等方面开展研究工作。主持省部级课题2项、局级课题9项，以第一作者及最终通讯发表SCI论文16篇、担任卫健委十五五规划教材副主编、编写专著10余部，获得实用新型专利7项等奖项。曾获上海市护理工作改进成果奖、上海市医学科技奖三等奖、上海医院管理创新奖三等奖等。
In terms of scientific research, the main research fields are geriatric care and perioperative practise, etc. Research work is carried out around high-risk prediction for patients, healthy lifestyles of middle-aged and elderly people, and care for elderly patients and their families. She has presided over 2 provincial and ministerial-level projects and 9 bureau-level projects. As the first author or final corresponding author, she has published 16 SCI papers and authored over 10 monographs. She has also won 7 utility model patents and other awards.
