从事护理工作23年，担任同济护理学院、交大护理学院、杉达护理学院、苏大护理学院、遵义护理学院等硕士生导师。聚焦在急危重症护理领域，构建飞行护士核心能力指标体系。构建ICU患者风险评估模式。多学科协作模式下危重症患者多方位护理管理策略。探索重症患者早期康复运动实证研究。开展机械通气患者肺康复实证研究。承担急危重症护理专业技能提升基地建设。主持局级以上课题9项，主编专著6本，论文40余篇，SCI 9篇。曾获上海医学科技奖，中华护理科技奖，上海护理科技奖。中华杰出护理工作者等。曾赴美国鲍勃琼斯大学，美国匹兹堡大学医学中心，美国梅奥医学中心研修。
With 23 years of experience in nursing, serving as a Master's supervisor at Tongji University School of Nursing, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Nursing, Sanda University School of Nursing, Soochow University School of Nursing, and Zunyi Medical University School of Nursing.
Focused on critical care nursing, established the core competency index system for flight nurses. Developed ICU patient risk assessment models. Implemented multi-dimensional nursing management strategies for critically ill patients under multidisciplinary collaboration. Conducted empirical research on early rehabilitation exercise for critically ill patients. Carried out empirical studies on pulmonary rehabilitation for mechanically ventilated patients. Undertook the construction of professional skill enhancement bases for emergency and critical care nursing.
Led 9 bureau-level and above research projects, served as chief editor for 6 monographs, published over 40 papers including 9 SCI articles. Received awards including the Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award, Chinese Nursing Association Science and Technology Award, Shanghai Nursing Science and Technology Award, and Chinese Outstanding Nursing Worker Award. Completed advanced studies at Bob Jones University (USA), University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (USA), and Mayo Clinic (USA).
