Expert Committee Member of the "Research Project on Standardized Management of Daycare Medical Quality" at the National Health Commission Hospital Management Research Institute; Vice Chairman of the Day Surgery Nursing Committee of the 13th Council of Shanghai Nursing Association; Member of the 3rd Committee of Humanistic Nursing Professional Committee of Life Care Association; Member of the Nursing Committee of Medical Service Professional Committee of Shanghai Modern Service Industry Federation.
近 5 年主持校局级课题4项，参与多项市级课题；以一作或通讯作者发表论文十余篇（其中SCI论文8篇）。参与编写《日间手术全流程护理管理专家共识》；获实用新型专利授权1项，获上海市卫生健康行业青创大赛铜奖、院级护理成果二等奖等。
Over the past five years, she led four university-level research projects and participated in many projects. She published over ten papers as the first author or corresponding author (including eight SCI-indexed papers). She contributed to the compilation of the Expert Consensus on Comprehensive Nursing Management for Day Surgery. Additionally, She received the Bronze Award in the Shanghai Health Industry Youth Innovation Competition, as well as the Second Prize for Hospital-Level Nursing Achievements.
