担任中国研究型医院护理分会呼吸与危重症学组委员、中国医疗装备协会呼吸病学装备技术专委会青年委员、中国肿瘤护理委员会委员、上海市护理学会肿瘤专业委员会委员等。

She is a member of the Respiratory and Critical Care Group of the Nursing Branch of China Research Hospitals, a young member of the Respiratory Equipment Technology Committee of the China Medical Equipment Association, a member of the China Cancer Nursing Committee, and a member of the Shanghai Nursing Association Oncology Professional Committee, and so on.

近3年以第一或通讯作者发表护理学术论文8篇，其中SCI论文1篇；以第一发明人发明实用新型专利4项、发明专利1项；以第一负责人获得上海市抗癌协会课题资助1项、院级国自然培育项目1项；获上海市“医苑新星”青年护理人才、上海市肺科医院精英护理人才、上海市肺科医院护理人才二级库人才项目资助。
