In Shanghai East Hospital, She served as the Assistant of Nursing Director and Teaching & Research Officer in Nursing Department before, and currently as Head Nurse of VIP Department of South branch.
In addition, she also served as the young member of the 28th Hospice-Care Professional Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association, and the member of the 12th Hospice-Care Professional Committee of the Shanghai Nursing Association, and also the Chairman of the Hospice-Care Professional Committee of Shanghai East Hospital.
以第一负责人完成上海市卫生局青年课题1项，浦东新区优秀青年医学人才计划1项，上海护理学会优秀青年人才计划1项，复旦循证护理中心证据转化项目1项，目前在研上海市教育委员会专项课题1项。
共发表文章41篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表核心期刊13篇，参与SCI3篇。发表专利14项，其中实用新型专利3项。作为编委参与编写教材1本。
In recent years, as the first person in charge, she has completed a project from the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau, an excellent youth medical talent program from the Pudong New Area Health Commission, an excellent youth talent program from the Shanghai Nursing Association, and an evidence conversion project from Fudan Evidence Based Nursing Center. Currently, she is doing a project from the Shanghai Education Commission.
A total of 41 articles have been published, including 13 articles published on the core journals as the first author or corresponding author, and 3 articles published on Science Citation Index. In addition, she has published 14 patents, including 3 utility model patents. Besides, as an editorial board member, she has participated to write a textbook.
