长期致力于纳米递药系统研究,聚焦递药系统的三大关键科学问题(递送、释放、干预),运用生物启发及整合生物学思想,创新递药策略,并重点探索创新策略在免疫调控领域的应用。整合免疫细胞的生物特性,发展活细胞二硫键工程,在粒细胞通过ROS 杀伤的天然机制之上,内置人工ROS 发生器,大幅提高粒细胞的肿瘤杀伤性能(Cell Reports, 2020);整合肿瘤细胞的生物特性,发展光动力增强的疫苗新技术 (Biomaterials, 2020, 244, 119964),在基于肿瘤细胞膜包覆技术的纳米疫苗上取得阶段性进展;启发于病毒的多价效应,发展“minimalisit”纳米疫苗新理念 (ACS Nano, 2018, 12, 6398),ACS Nano 同期以“Less is More for Cancer Nanovaccine”为题对该工作进行图文介绍 (ACS Nano 2018, 12, 6347);启发与发烧的免疫刺激作用,发展“类发烧”免疫治疗技术(Advanced Science. 2018;1700805)。国际期刊Immunotherapy 邀请领域专家对该工作进行专题评论 (Immunotherapy 2018,10, 631)。已正式发表一作或通讯SCI 论文80 余篇,包括Advanced Materials (IF:30.849),ACS Nano (IF:15.881),Advanced Science (IF:16.806),Biomaterials (IF: 12.479),Small (IF:13.28),ACS AMI (IF:9.2)等期刊。论文他引总计3000 余次,H index 36。合作编著《Methods in Molecular biology, with the topic of siRNA delivery methods》,《Nanomaterials for Tumor Targeting Theranostics》及全国高等教育药学类规划教材《分子生物药剂学》。
