研究兴趣主要为纳米医学在神经系统疾病与癌症治疗中的应用,包括开发基于功能材料的新型神经调控技术,以治疗神经退行性疾病;探索响应病灶微环境的生化反应,用于疾病诊疗;以及纳米材料的仿生合成等。研究背景交叉了纳米医学、生物化学、神经科学等。研究论文发表在在Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., ACS Nano, Anal. Chem., Small等期刊。主持国家自然科学基金项目,上海市卫健委临床研究专项,国家重点研发计划子课题等国家及省部级科研项目。
The research interests mainly focus on applying nanomedicine for treating neurological diseases and cancer, including (i) the development of nanomaterials-enabled novel neuromodulation strategies for treating neurodegenerative diseases; (ii) the exploration of biochemical reactions that respond to microenvironment for disease diagnosis and treatment; and (iii) the biomimetic synthesis of nanomaterials. The research background crosses nanomedicine, biochemistry, and neuroscience. Representative papers have been published in Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., ACS Nano, Anal. Chem., Small and so on.
