主要从事基于生物质谱的蛋白质组学及蛋白质翻译后修饰组学在代谢性疾病及肿瘤研究中的应用研究。已发表 SCI 论文 40 余篇,包括以第一(含共一)作者及通讯(含共通讯)身份在 Cell、Nat Commun.、Arthritis Rheumatol.、CancerLett.、Genom Proteom Bioninf.、Mol. Cell Proteomics.、Sci China Life Sci.、Acta Pharmacol Sin.等期刊发表论文20余篇,研究工作入选《中国 2020 年度重要医学进展》和《2020 年上海科技进步报告》,并受到中央电视台、人民日报、EurekAlert 等国内外媒体广泛报道。作为项目主持人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(2项)、青年基金(1项),以及上海市科委“青年科技英才扬帆计划”基金(1项);参与申请授权专利4项,并实现商品转化1项;参与编写并已出版的蛋白质组学著作2部(《蛋白质组学与精准医学》、《创新药物研发经纬》)。
