主要从事生物信息学与表观遗传学的研究。利用生物信息学策略和分子遗传学技术研究心肌细胞定向分化的表观遗传调节机制和心脏病相关基因的识别;基于生物大数据的复杂疾病的生物标志物识别、分子分型及网络构建,人工智能驱动的多模态数据分析与疾病分子发现。发表SCI论文70余篇,专利5项。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市科学技术委员会重点项目等15项。
