2014年获得英国曼彻斯特大学微生物学博士。研究主要开展新型抗菌药物与特异性抗菌药物的筛选和靶点确证工作,尤其是靶向幽门螺杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等病原菌的抗菌药物的筛选和靶点确证,发现并揭示了金黄霉素A、唑氟达星、ARM1和DM94等多种新型抗菌(抗多耐药)先导物和抗菌机制。主持国家重点研发计划课题子课题、国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目等。近五年来以第一作者或通讯作者在《Science advances》、《Helicobacter》、《Microbial Biotechnology》等相关领域高质量国际期刊发表SCI论文多篇。2016年入选江苏省高层次创新创业人才引进“双创博士”计划。
Dr. Jia received her Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Manchester, UK. Her research focuses on the discovery and target validation of novel and pathogen-specific antimicrobial agents, with particular emphasis on Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and Staphylococcus aureus. She has identified and elucidated the antibacterial mechanisms of several promising lead compounds, including ChryA, Zoliflodacin, ARM1, and DM94, with potential activity against multidrug-resistant pathogens. She has led sub-projects under the National Key R&D Program of China and has been awarded both Young Investigator and General Program grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Over the past five years, she has published multiple first- or corresponding-author papers in leading journals such as Science Advances, Helicobacter, and Microbial Biotechnology.
