【科研方向】
长期聚焦胃肠道肿瘤信号转导机制,围绕 Hippo 信号通路调控胃肠肿瘤的病理功能与分子机制,取得一系列原创科学发现并研发了双环螺旋肽、多肽胶水等前体药物。迄今共发表研究论文 18 篇,其中 10 篇以(共同)第一或通讯作者身份在 Cancer Cell (2020)、EMBO J (2020,2024), J Biol Chem(2024)等期刊上发表。研究成果被 Cancer Cell 及 Sci Transl Med 等期刊点评推荐;并获批发明专利 4 项。申请人受邀参与编写《高通量筛选实验技术手册》一书,主持包括基金委青年基金及面上项目、上海市科委自然科学面上项目、同济大学基础创新项目等各类科研项目共计10 项,并入选上海市青年科技启明星(A类)。

Long focused on the signal transduction mechanisms of gastrointestinal tumors, centered on the pathological functions and molecular mechanisms of the Hippo signaling pathway in regulating gastrointestinal tumors. They have made a series of original scientific discoveries and developed precursor drugs such as bicyclic helical peptides and peptide glues.
So far, a total of 18 research papers have been published, among which 10 were published as (co-)first author or corresponding author in journals including Cancer Cell (2020), EMBO Journal (2020, 2024), and Journal of Biological Chemistry (2024). Their research achievements have been commented on and recommended by journals such as Cancer Cell and Science Translational Medicine, and they have obtained 4 authorized invention patents.
Invited to participate in compiling the book Handbook of High-Throughput Screening Experimental Techniques. They have presided over a total of 10 scientific research projects, including the Youth Fund and General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the General Program of Natural Science of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and the Basic Innovation Project of Tongji University. Additionally, the applicant was selected into the Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Star Program (Category A).
