本人研究神经发育、神经疾病和神经炎症,相关成果以第一作者或通讯作者发表在Science,Nature Immunology, Progress in Neurobiology, Frontiers in immunology, Frontiers in molecular Neuroscience, Development和Journal of neuroscience(2011, 2012)等杂志上。获国内发明专利7项和国际发明专利3项,另有5项国际和2项国内发明专利在审查中。
研究发现:
1)miR-183家簇系统性地调节神经病理性疼痛和躯体感觉神经元的分化(Science 2017, Development 2018)。
2) miR-96抑制电压门控钠离子通道网络和钙离子通道网络来抑制脊髓敏化的神经病理性疼痛,Nav1.7在脊髓神经元中的异位表达参与脊髓损伤诱导的神经病理性疼痛(Progress in Neurobiology 2021, Front. Mol. Neurosci. 2023)。
3)miR-146a和NPM1是炎症性肠病的潜在治疗靶点(Nature Immunology 2024, Front Immunol. 2024)。
Research Achievement
My research focuses on neurodevelopment, neurological diseases and neuroinflammation. The research findings have been published as the first author or corresponding author in Science, Nature Immunology, Progress in Neurobiology, Frontiers in immunology, Frontiers in molecular Neuroscience, Development and Journal of Neuroscience (2011, 2012). I have obtained 7 domestic patents and 3 international patents, and 7 patents are pending.
Recent findings:
1) miR-183 clusters systematically modulate neuropathic pain and somatosensory neuron differentiation (Science 2017, Development 2018).
2) miR-96 inhibits voltage-gated sodium channel network and calcium channel network to inhibit spinal cord sensitized neuropathic pain, and ectopic expression of Nav1.7 in spinal cord neurons is involved in spinal cord injury-induced neuropathic pain (Progress in Neurobiology 2021, Front. Mol. Neurosci. 2023).
3) miR-146a and NPM1 are potential therapeutic targets for inflammatory bowel disease (Nature Immunology 2024, Front Immunol. 2024).
