近年来,一直从事DNA损伤修复机制与肿瘤发生相关性研究。工作重点集中在DNA损伤修复重要蛋白相关的去泛素化修饰,在肿瘤发生发展中的关键作用,不断寻找精准治疗肿瘤的新靶点。近三年,在Nature Communication (IF=12.353)、EMBO Journal (IF=10.557)、Genes & Development (IF=9.462)、Nucleic Acids Research(IF=11.561)等国际著名期刊上发表多篇文献,研究成果获得一致好评。申请发明专利3项。In recent years, DNA double-strand break repair mechanism and tumor generation and individual therapy have been engaged. The research work is focused on deubiquitination in the role of tumor generation, and to find a new target for accurate treatment of cancer. In the past three years, many articles have been published in Nature Communication (IF = 12.353), EMBO Journal (IF = 10.557), Genes & Development (IF = 9.462), Nucleic Acids Research (IF = 11.561) and other well-known journals. Three invention patents have been applied.
