毕业于同济大学生命科学与技术学院,获得生物学博士学位,纽约州立大学石溪分校联合培养博士。现任同济大学附属同济医院、脊柱脊髓损伤再生修复教育部重点实验室研究员。致力于“智能材料开发与神经修复”研究,揭示了纳米生物材料在微环境改善和神经损伤再生修复等方面的独特生物学性能,并对其机制深入解析。结合人工智能深度学习,开发了智能纳米药物筛选系统和干细胞命运预测系统,获得了一系列研究成果,有力推进了生物材料修复神经损伤的相关研究。先后主持和参与国家自然基金青年、面上项目等多项科研项目,入选“上海市科技创新启明星”。工作发表学术论文20余篇,被引频次1千余次,一作论文11篇,包括Nat Commun., Adv Drug Deliv Rev., Adv Sci., Asian J Pharm Sci., Elife等,其中封面文章3篇,ESI高被引2篇。授权中国发明专利3项,1项专利通过PCT国际专利进入美国国家阶段。

Dr. Yanjing Zhu graduated from the College of Life Science and Technology of Tongji University with a PhD in biology, and finished the joint training project from Stony Brook University. She is currently a researcher at Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji University, Key Laboratory of Spine and Spinal Cord Injury Repair and Regeneration of Ministry of Education. She is committed to the research of 'Intelligent biomaterials development and Neural regeneration and repair', revealing the unique biological properties of nanomaterials in the improvement of microenvironment and regeneration and repair of nerve injury, and deeply analyzing its mechanism. Combined with deep learning, she developed intelligent nanomedical screening system and stem cell fate prediction system, and obtained a series of research results, which effectively promoted the related research of biomaterials to repair nerve damage. To date, she has hosted National Natural Fund projects, the Shanghai Rising-Star Program and one Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities and participated in several National Natural Science Foundation projects. She has published more than twenty SCI papers, which have been cited more than 1000 times, including eleven papers as the first author. Including Nat Commun., Adv Drug Deliv Rev., Adv Sci., Asian J Pharm Sci., Elife, etc., including three cover articles and two ESI highly cited articles. She has obtained three authorized Chinese invention patents, and one patent has entered the national stage of the United States through PCT international patents.
