卢毅,同济大学医学院特聘研究员,同济大学附属第十人民医院双聘研究员,硕士和博士生导师,入选上海市海外高层次人才引进计划、上海市卫生健康委员会青年人才计划。现主持国家自然科学基金委、上海市卫健委、上海市科委等基金项目。博士毕业于浙江大学医学院,随后于浙江大学医学院、美国加州大学伯克利分校分子细胞生物学系从事博士后研究工作。长期致力于生物大分子相分离在基因转录、染色质调控、肿瘤发生和肿瘤免疫中的作用。在Nature Cell Biology、Cell Research、Molecular Biology of the Cell等杂志发表多篇研究论文。担任Nature Communications、Molecular Oncology、Frontiers in Immunology等杂志审稿人,以及国家自然科学基金青年科学基金函评专家。
生物大分子的相分离是近来生命科学领域的重要研究进展,为理解细胞内生物大分子的组织模式和功能调控提供了新的观点。相分离是由蛋白质、核酸等分子通过弱多价相互作用凝聚形成无膜结构的细胞器或区室的过程,保证细胞内各类生化反应互不干扰,高效有序地进行。通过调控凝聚体的可逆性组装和动态变化,从而在时空上精准调节细胞内的生化反应。
本课题组从分子、细胞和动物水平,综合运用高分辨激光共聚焦显微成像、超高分辨显微成像(SIM和STORM)、活细胞摄像、蛋白质表达和纯化、质谱组学、基因组学测序、小鼠动物模型等研究手段,从分子、细胞和动物水平,结合临床肿瘤组织样本和病理资料分析,系统研究:1)相分离在基因转录和染色质调控中的作用;2)相分离凝集体形成和解离的动态调控;3)相分离在肿瘤发生和肿瘤免疫中的功能;4)筛选干预相分离凝集体的小分子化合物,探索其在肿瘤治疗中的潜在应用价值。
