长期以来专注于胃肠道疾病，尤其是炎症性肠病的临床和基础研究，并有一定的影响力。发表国内外论文六十余篇，代表性论著发表在Cell Reports Medicine、Theranostics、Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology、Inflammatory Bowel Diseases、Ebio Medicine、United European Gastroenterology Journal、Journal of Inflammation Research、Ther Adv Gastroenterol、BMC Gastroenterology、Peer J等，及中华消化杂志、中华炎性肠病杂志等，研究成果获得国内外同行肯定。参与及主持中国科技部中医药现代化研究国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金创新研究群体项目、国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金和上海市卫生局科研项目多项。参编著书三部，连续六年举办国家级继续教育学习班，为炎症性肠病的临床和基础研究作出了努力，造福了患者。
I have long been committed to clinical and basic research on gastrointestinal diseases, with a particular focus on inflammatory bowel disease（IBD）, and have established significant academic influence in this field. I have published over sixty peer-reviewed articles in reputable domestic and international journals. My representative works have appeared in Cell Reports Medicine, Theranostics, Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, Ebio Medicine, United European Gastroenterology Journal, Journal of Inflammation Research, Therapeutic Advances in Gastroenterology, and BMC Gastroenterology, Peer J, Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology, and Chinese Journal of Inflammatory Bowel Disease. My research contributions have been widely recognized by peers both nationally and internationally. I have participated in and led multiple research projects funded by major national and regional agencies, including the National Key R&D Program for the Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine under the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the Innovative Research Group Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, and the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission. Additionally, I have co-authored three academic books and organized national-level continuing medical education programs for six consecutive years, contributing significantly to advancing clinical and translational research in inflammatory bowel disease and improving patient outcomes.
