基础研究方面,我的主要领域为免疫代谢 (immunometabolism),聚焦于代谢重组调节天然免疫细胞激活和分化的机制研究,相关研究发表于Cell Metabolism、 EbioMedicine以及JACC Basic to Translational Science等著名期刊上。在临床研究方面,我长期聚焦于生物学标记物对危重疾病的早期诊断和预后判断的研究,致力于寻找新的生物学标记物以用于临床诊断和指导治疗,相关研究发表于本领域的主流期刊Critical Care (2011,2012,2014,2019),Annals of Medicine (2010),Mayo Clinic Proceedings (2016),JACC Clinical Electrophysiology (2017)等。今后的工作将深入研究病原微生物激活天然免疫系统的途径和机制,力争发现新的调控天然免疫细胞激活的靶点,为临床诊治此类疾病提供新的思路。
My interest in basic research is immunometabolism. We are trying to understand how metabolic reprogramming regulates the activation and differentiation of innate immune cells. Some of our work has been published in Cell Metabolism (2018)、 EbioMedicine (2018) and JACC Basic to Translational Science (2019). We have also conducted clinical studies to test the role of biomarkers in the diagnosis and prognosis of life-threating diseases in the intensive care unit. Our work has been published in Critical Care (2011,2012,2014,2019) 、 Annals of Medicine (2010) 、 Mayo Clinic Proceedings (2016) 、 JACC Clinical Electrophysiology (2017). My future work will focus on the pathway and mechanism of pathogenic microorganisms induced innate immune cells’ activation. We will try to find new targets to regulate the activation of innate immune cells in order to provide new thoughts for the treatment of these diseases in clinical practice.
