主持国家自然科学基金2项，上海市卫健委医学新技术研究与转化种子计划重点项目、上海市科委自然科学基金、上海市科委西医引导项目、“科技创新行动计划”医学创新研究等多项课题。参编中华医学会呼吸病学分会《咳嗽的诊断和治疗指南》（2015版、2021版）、《中国咳嗽基层诊疗与管理指南》（2024版）、2023年《新型冠状病毒感染咳嗽的诊断与治疗专家共识》、2021年《中国难治性慢性咳嗽的诊断与治疗专家共识》等。以主要完成人获中华医学科学技术奖三等奖、上海市科技进步三等奖和上海市医学科技奖三等奖。获批专利15项，以第一或通讯作者发表论文60余篇，其中Respirology、Lung、Eur J Pharmacol等SCI论文50余篇，中华系列5篇，参编著作6部。获上海市优秀呼吸医师、同济医院优秀学科后备人才计划“杰出青年”、同济医院“十佳医务人员”等荣誉。
Prof. Yu, in charge of 2 programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as multiple research projects including the Key Project of the Seed Plan for Medical New Technology Research and Translation from Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, the Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai, the Western Medicine Guidance Project of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and the Medical Innovation Research Project under the “Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan”. She has participated in the compilation of the Chinese national guideline on diagnosis and management of cough (2015, 2021), Chinese guideline for diagnosis and management of cough in primary care (2024), Expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of SARS‑CoV‑2‑associated cough (2023), and the 2021 Chinese Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Refractory Chronic Cough. As a major contributor, she has been awarded the Third Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, the Third Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Third Prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award. She has been granted 15 patents. She has published more than 60 papers as first or corresponding author, including over 50 SCI-indexed papers in journals such as Respirology, Lung, and European Journal of Pharmacology, as well as 5 papers in the Chinese Medical Journal series, and has co‑authored 6 books. She has received honors including “Shanghai Excellent Respiratory Physician”, “Outstanding Young Talent of Tongji Hospital Outstanding Discipline Reserve Talent Program”, and “Top Ten Medical Staff of Tongji Hospital”.
