陈舜杰长期从事AKI与肾保护的研究,采用新型生物学标志物早期识别危重症AKI,近5年采用优化CRRT策略治疗危重症AKI达13000余例次;在中国率先开展HD联合HP的临床探索,提高了血透患者2年生存率达19.05%;研究肾小管上皮细胞死亡模式与AKI临床转归的相关性,发现RMRP介导泛死亡复合体的组装从而引起泛死亡,为防治AKI慢性化转归提供新靶点。主持国家自然科学基金项目、上海市科委基础研究重大项目、上海市科委“科技创新行动计划”项目等11项课题。第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文32篇,最高IF:19.568分;参编著作2部,获批专利2项。先后荣获第五届“上海市区域名医”、上海市“优秀学术带头人奖”、同济大学医学院“最美医务管理者奖”、上海市虹口区“拔尖人才奖”、中国人民解放军总后勤部“医疗科技进步三等奖”等荣誉。
Chen Shunjie has been engaged in research on AKI and renal protection for a long time, using new biological markers to early identify critical AKI. In the past 5 years, he has treated more than 13000 cases of critical AKI with optimized CRRT strategy; Pioneering clinical exploration of HD combined with HP in China has improved the 2-year survival rate of hemodialysis patients by 19.05%; The correlation between the death pattern of renal tubular epithelial cells and the clinical outcome of AKI was studied, and it was found that RMRP mediates the assembly of pan death complexes, leading to pan death, providing a new target for the prevention and treatment of chronic AKI outcome.
