主要聚焦于风湿免疫性疾病尤其是系统性红斑狼疮的发病机制研究:创新性地发现中性粒细胞-NK-IFNg轴在狼疮发病中的作用,提示先天免疫在狼疮自身免疫耐受打破中的作用;发现pDC miRNA在狼疮I型干扰素异常激活的作用,进一步证明I型干扰素在狼疮中发病作用; 证实Peli1作为抑制 Tfh 细胞分化的内在调节因子, 参与了狼疮样自身免疫。这些研究结果有助于深入了解系统性红斑狼疮的发病机制,为靶向药物的研发、狼疮疾病的监测奠定了一定的基础。先后在国内外发表相关论文30余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文12篇,影响因子为52.7分。目前在研项目3项,包括国家自然基金面上项目1项,上海市卫生健康委员会项目1项,院级项目1项。
Focusing on studying the pathogenesis of rheumatic diseases, especially systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Our data support the role of neutrophil-NK-IFNg axis and type I interferon in the pathogenesis of lupus. Peli1 as an intrinsic regulator to inhibit Tfh cell differentiation which involved in lupus-like autoimmunity. These research help to further understand the pathogenesis of SLE, which favor the development of targeted drugs and monitoring disease. More than 30 related papers have been published, including 12 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author, with a total factor of 52.7. Currently, there are 3 projects under research, including 1 general project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 project of the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, and 1 project at the hospital level.
