聚焦帕金森病及其他运动障碍性疾病的临床与基础研究,主要关注疾病的发病机制、早期诊断及精准治疗。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目(编号:82201404)和上海市卫健委卫生行业临床研究专项(编号:20244Y0148)。以第一作者或通讯作者在 PNAS、Annals of Neurology、Cell Communication and Signaling 等国际知名期刊发表论文10余篇,获授权发明专利1项。研究工作旨在推动运动障碍性疾病从基础机制到临床应用的贯通式研究,为疾病的防治提供新思路与新策略。
I have been devoted to both clinical and basic research on Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, with a primary focus on disease pathogenesis, early diagnosis, and precision therapy. I serve as the principal investigator of a Youth Program project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 82201404) and a Clinical Research Grant from the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission (No. 20244Y0148). As the first or corresponding author, I have published more than ten papers in internationally recognized journals, including PNAS, Annals of Neurology, and Cell Communication and Signaling, and hold one authorized invention patent. My research aims to bridge basic mechanisms with clinical applications, advancing potential translational studies of movement disorders and contributing novel insights and strategies for their prevention and treatment.
