长期致力于认知障碍相关疾病的基础和临床研究，尤其在轻度认知障碍的多靶点综合管理和阿尔茨海默病脑网络的功能影像学研究等方面颇有建树。为此发表相关SCI学术文章20篇；先后承担上海市自然基金面上项目、上海市卫计委面上项目1项；上海市卫健委面上项；作为主要完成人参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市科委医学领域重大课题；作为主要参与人先后获得2016年上海医学科技奖、2017年上海市科学技术奖、上海市中西医结合科学技术奖。

曾赴意大利安科纳联合大学医院进行学术访问和临床交流；获得哈佛医学院临床学者科研培训项目证书。
