同济大学精神病与精神卫生学博士，中德心身医学培训导师、系统家庭治疗师、国家二级心理咨询师、注册员工援助。擅长抑郁症、焦虑症和青少年问题的家庭治疗；职业倦怠预防和心理健康促进；社区精神卫生；教育心理学和医学教育研究。主持国家留学基金委青年骨干教师计划、教育部重点项目，上海市卫健委课题10余项。出版专著6部；以第一/通讯作者在国内外期刊上发表论文60余篇，其中10篇被SCI收录，30余篇刊登在核心期刊上，先后5次荣获全国优秀论文评选一等奖。作为主要完成人荣获包括“上海市级教学成果一等奖”在内的成果奖10次；曾获“同济大学医学院优秀教师”、“ 同济大学大学生暑期社会实践活动优秀指导教师”等多项荣誉；曾指导学生荣获“上海市挑战杯二等奖”。2012年入选“同济大学青年英才培育计划”，2015年入选“上海市同济医院优秀学科后备人才计划”，2020年入选“上海市浦江人才计划”。

I obtained my Ph.D. degree from Tongji University in 2015. I’m a psychiatrist, Systematic Family Therapist; National Psychological Consultant and Registered Employee Assistance Programs（EAP) . My research interest is focused on family therapy of depression, anxiety and youth problems; burnout prevention and,mental health promotion, community mental health, educational psychology and medical education. I have been awarded 15 program fundings from Youth Teacher Program of China Scholarship Council, Ministry of Education，Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning, Medical Education Committee of Chinese Medical Association, Tongji University, Tongji Hospital and so on. I have more than 60 publications as the first or corresponding author, including 10 SCI papers and more than 30 papers in domestic core journals. Moreover, 5 of my papers were awarded the National First Prize. Besides, I also published 6 books . As the person-in-charge and as the key person of programs, I gained 10 Teaching Achievements were awarded from Shanghai Education Committee and Tongji University . Other honors such as “Outstanding Teacher of Tongji University school of medicine” and "Outstanding Tutor of Graduates' Summer Practice Program of Tongji University " were awarded . I have supervised medical students to get the "Shanghai Challenge Cup second prize". Besides, I obtained “Excellence Teacher Cultivation Program of Tongji University” in 2012， “Excellence Teacher Cultivation Program of Tongji hospital of Tongji University” in 2015 and“Talent Plan of Shanghai Pujiang Program in 2020”.
