长期从事中医药防治慢性炎症性皮肤病的临床、基础与转化研究，重点聚焦炎症性皮肤病的免疫调控机制及中药外用制剂的创新研发与转化应用。
主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目等科研课题5项；参与国家重点研发计划、上海市重点学科等多项科研课题及临床研究。以第一/通讯作者（含共同）发表论文25篇，其中SCI论文20篇，发表于 Journal of Investigative Dermatology、Journal of Translational Medicine 等期刊。参编（译）教材/专著5部，包括《临床免疫学（第6版）》《中西医皮肤性病学》《Fitzpatrick皮肤病临床治疗手册》等。
Research interests:
Focuses on clinical, basic, and translational research on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for the prevention and treatment of chronic inflammatory skin diseases, with particular emphasis on immunoregulatory mechanisms and the innovative development and translation of TCM topical formulations.
Funding and outputs:
Principal Investigator of five funded projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Young Scientists Fund and NSFC General Program; contributor to multiple projects and clinical studies supported by the National Key R&D Program of China and Shanghai key disciplines. Published 25 peer-reviewed articles as first/corresponding author (including co-first/co-corresponding), including 20 SCI-indexed papers in journals such as the Journal of Investigative Dermatology and the Journal of Translational Medicine. Contributed to and/or translated five textbooks/monographs, including Clinical Immunology (6th Edition), Integrative Dermatology and Venereology (TCM & Western Medicine), and the Fitzpatrick’s Clinical Dermatology Therapy Manual.
