Dr. Yuling Shi is Professor, Chief Physician, and Doctoral Student Supervisor of Dermatology and Venereology. She is the vice president of Shanghai Skin Disease Hospital of Tongji University, the director of Institute of Psoriasis Tongji University School of Medicine, the director of Psoriasis Clinical Research Center Tongji University， the team leader of Research Innovation Team of Institute for Advanced Study Tongji University. She has been awarded as "National High-Level Talent Program" Leading Talents in Scientific and Technological Innovation, National Exemplary Heroine, Outstanding Young Dermatologist in China, The Shanghai May Day Labor Medal, Distinguished Academic Leader of Shanghai, Distinguished Academic Leader of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning Program, Exemplary Heroine of Shanghai, March 8th Red-Banner Holders of Shanghai and “Best Supervisor in My Mind” of Tongji University, and received the second prize in Shanghai Science and Technology Science Popularization Award, the third prize in Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award, and the third prize of Shanghai Clinical Medical Science and Technology Innovation Award, etc. Also, the graduate team she led was awarded the "Excellent Graduate Supervision Team Model of Tongji University.

She is currently serving as an executive member of the International Psoriasis Council, member of Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis, the council member of Asian Society of Psoriasis, committee member and director-general of the Chinese Dermatologist Association, deputy director of the Psoriasis Research Group of the Chinese Society of Dermatology, committee member of the Combination of Traditional and Western Medicine Dermatology and director of Psoriasis Research Group, committee member of the Dermatology Branch of China Medical Women’s Association and China International Exchange and Promotion Association for Medical and Healthcare, chairman of the Skin Immunology Branch of Shanghai Society for Immunology, vice chairman of the Dermatology and Venereology Branch of Shanghai Medical Doctor Association, the Skin Beauty Aesthetics Branch of Shanghai Medical Women’s Association, committee member of the Dermatology and Venereology Branch of Shanghai Medical Association, Shanghai Laser Quality Control Expert Group and Shanghai Sexual Quality Control Expert Group.

长期从事银屑病等炎症性皮肤病的基础和临床研究，毕业于第二军医大学获得皮肤性病学博士学位，美国Henry Ford Health System皮肤和免疫学实验室博士后。已培养硕博士研究生60余名，博士后4名。参与国内多项银屑病指南和共识的制定。主持国家重点研发计划子课题1项，多项国家自然科学基金、上海市促进市级医院临床技能与临床创新三年行动计划重大临床研究项目（715万）、上海市教委“科研创新计划”自然科学重大项目（300万）、上海市自然科学基金和上海市科委课题等多项课题；发表本领域专业论文130余篇，其中SCI源期刊论文80余篇，单篇最高影响因子105.7分；主编和参编皮肤病著作多部。担任国家自然科学基金评审专家、皮肤性病诊疗学杂志编委、BJD的Editorial Consultant。担任中华皮肤科杂志、临床皮肤科杂志、JAAD、JID、JEADV、PCMR、Dermatol Ther、Int J Dermatol等杂志的审稿专家。论文分别在BMJ、Immunity、Mol Cancer、Sci Immunol、Signal Transduct Target Ther、Allergy、JAAD、Br J Dermatol、JID、JCI insight、Cell Death Dis、Immunology等具有较高影响力的学术期刊上发表。

She has been devoted to the basic and clinical research of inflammatory skin diseases, especially psoriasis. She received her Ph.D. degree from the Second Military Medical University in Dermatology and Venereology and post-doctoral training at the Henry Ford Health System in the United States. By now, she has trained about 60 graduate students and 4 postdoc fellows. She participated in writing a number of domestic psoriasis guidelines and consensus. She was the principal investigator of many research grants, including grants from the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Clinical Research Plan of Shanghai Hospital Development Center (7.15 million), the Innovation Program of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission (3 million), the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation and the Program of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, etc. She has published more than 130 papers in the related field, including more than 80 SCI papers, with the highest impact factor of 105.7. She is the chief editor or co-author of several dermatological books. She also serves as the peer reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China and is on the editorial board of the Diagnosis and Therapy Journal of Dermato-Venereology, and is an Editorial Consultant of BJD. She serves as the peer reviewer for many journals, including the Chinese Journal of Dermatology, Journal of Clinical Dermatology, JAAD, JID, Front Immunol, JEADV, PCMR, Dermatol Ther and Int J Dermatol, etc. She has published a number of papers in high-impact academic journals, such as BMJ、Immunity、Mol Cancer、Sci Immunol、Signal Transduct Target Ther、Allergy、JAAD、Br J Dermatol、JID、JCI insight、Cell Death Dis、Immunology, etc.
